Marcus has been practicing law for nearly a decade and has experience in a wide array of sophisticated litigation matters, including: trust and estate litigation, complex personal injury; complex contract disputes; commercial and residential real estate litigation; criminal defense; and appellate proceedings.
Marcus was born and raised in Madisonville, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and North Carolina.
Marcus has served as President of the Hopkins County Bar Association and is active in the local community.
